FOR TEAMS ALREADY WORKING WITH AI

Stop briefing
the robot.
Again.

Your AI shouldn’t need a first day at work.
Every day.

KnowDrive gives your AI agent a searchable memory across sessions. Try it on one real project before you change how your team works.

Try the five-question memory test

One project. Your sources. A result you can check.

Your people have better things
to do than be the paste department.

KEEP THE CONTEXT.
GET ON WITH THE WORK.

A SMALL TEST. AN HONEST ANSWER.

Can your AI pick up
where you left off?

Choose one recurring project, a teammate who uses an MCP-compatible assistant, and a small set of documents you’re allowed to use. Then ask these five questions.

Download the pilot brief
  1. 01
    The decision

What did we decide, and why?

  2. 02
    The owner

    Who owns the next step?

  3. 03
    The constraint

    What must this project avoid?

  4. 04
    The change

What changed in the latest update?

  5. 05
    The evidence

    Which source supports each answer?

01 / BASELINE

Ask it today.

Use your current workflow. Record the answers, source checks, time spent and how often someone has to fill in the gaps.

02 / GIVE IT MEMORY

Connect. Add. Ask.

Connect KnowDrive through MCP, create a store and add your approved documents. Ask the same questions and inspect the cited sources.

03 / THE REAL TEST

Come back tomorrow.

Keep the same assistant and source versions. Open a fresh session with KnowDrive connected. Ask it to search the same store, without re-uploading. Check the answers again.

A fluent answer isn’t a pass.

Count an answer only when it is correct and its source supports it. Compare the same questions and documents. If the evidence is missing, record a miss.

MAKE THE NEXT SESSION COUNT

One project.
Less déjà vu.

Give your AI-using teammate the brief, or run the test yourself. No contact form between you and the instructions.

Ready for the memory test?

Connect KnowDrive, add your pilot documents, then use this prompt with your assistant.

Setup happens on knowdrive.ai.

Before you start

Is this for my team?

Start here if your team already uses AI for recurring work and repeatedly reconstructs project context. A COO, founder or team lead can own the pilot; an AI-using teammate can handle the connection.

What do I need to connect?

An assistant that supports remote MCP connections and a KnowDrive account. The connection page takes you through sign-in and setup. Your assistant must use KnowDrive’s search tools to retrieve your sources.

Will this make every answer correct?

No. Searchable sources make answers easier to check; they don’t guarantee the model’s answer is correct. That is why this test includes source checks and a fresh-session repeat.

What should we use for the pilot?

Use a small approved document set with answers you can verify. For example, a project brief, decision log and a status update. Confirm your organization’s data requirements before adding company material.
